Matrix Engineering was founded in 1995 as a consulting engineering firm providing civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering designs for industry.  We established a reputation for engineering excellence within the chemical, pulp & paper, manufacturing, and marine industries.

In 2007 we established a sister company called Matrix Industrial Systems to provide many of the designs and systems including industrial controls to our customers.   Our goal is to provide seamless implementation of our designs through a complete system package.

We have a particularly strong background in designing and providing industrial and marine controls systems.  Our panel shop is a UL Listed Panel Shop for Industrial Control Panels (UL508A / UL698)
